I have a varied day between pottering around in our polytunnel, designing and painting murals, cooking for the family and, of course, producing the sauces for customers. I then go through the list of things about the company that need done until lunchtime in the office. I am up before 7am and start with a strong coffee with my wife, then help her get our two daughters out to school. Running such a small food business in such a regulated industry, of course, can be quite a challenge. I also enjoy sharing experiences and ideas with other artisan food businesses here at markets and other public events.
